Believer, you have the power to heal the sick and raise the dead. This book is about releasing the authority that God has already given us through the new birth and receiving Jesus. Do we, as the church, realize that we already have the finished work of Jesus? I believe that the reason the children of God haven’t seen more manifestation is that we keep going to God about the problem when in reality, we should be talking to the issue about the finished work of Jesus. Let me give you an example. Whenever you enter a room in your home and you need light, do you call the power company? Of course not. The power is running already! You already have a relationship with the power company. (BORN-AGAIN!) So for you to have light, all you need to do is flip the switch. How foolish it would be to call the power company when in reality, the authority lies in you flipping the switch. Grace has run the power, and it is time for us to learn to exercise the authority that God has given us and flip the switch.
